Vicki Z. Lauter founded Strategic Human Insights on the principles most important to her clients – results, service, professionalism and attention to detail. With these principles as our foundation, we help our clients focus their efforts to ensure their workforce effectively delivers on the company’s business goals.

Vicki has over 20 years of success in executive search and human resources with technology start-ups, public corporations and large professional services firms. She has held senior level recruiting positions at CGEY, (formerly E&Y), Accenture and Radiant Systems. Vicki’s experience spans a variety of industries including health care, consulting, technology, financial services, and telecommunications. She is the 2011 President for the Atlanta Chapter of Healthcare Business Women’s Association.

Vicki is a Certified Professional Behavioral and Values Analyst, a Certified Retention Specialist as well as TriMetrix HD and Accumen Capacity. She is known and respected for her tenacity, attention to detail, integrity and for the results she delivers. Throughout her career, Vicki has successfully recruited and coached senior level executives redeveloped and refined various companies’ recruiting strategy and implemented process improvements that aid the workforce in employee development, succession planning and retention.
